because they have a average body anyway, it should not take too long. Just change your diet a bit, subtracting carbohydrates (bread, wheat, rice) and add protein (meat. eggs) and body weight exercises (pumps, knee bends, stretching)

In other words, approximately 2 months, the number had considerably improved.

Walking is the safest and one might think they have to run, but it is not quite right. You can with the best results, mix in the mouth, until you heat your body. Then do a little running to reduce your heart rate and stock up on a brisk walk fresh energy when you run again. The idea is to keep your heart rate without having been exhausted.
