Where does the Target beef actually come from? Is it imported? - beef cows for sale
I get meat from Laura, because it says on the package, where it comes from and where cows are raised and what they eat. I do not want something that comes from Mexico, or God knows where. Well, I was scared and had only the sale of the brand, not the packaging does not say too much information, that is the trademark of Cargill in Kansas. I find no information on their website, everything was what I found material about retirement several years ago in this brand. Who knows where the meat comes from? I know its packaging in Kansas, but it is the farm of the United States or what? And give me a link where you can find this information? Thank you.

Cargill - fed cattle are harvested and produced in five plants in Texas, USA (2), Kansas, Colorado and Nebraska, and two Canadian facilities in Ontario and Alberta. About 8 million cattle each year are processed, the more than 7.7 million pounds of meat and byproducts.
Personally I do not care where it comes from. I bet that the U.S. beef injections of the hormone more than any other place on earth.
