I am 15 years old, 5'1 and 90 pounds. I decided to stop scratching on sweets all day, and I try to eat healthily.

Hmm ... In my opinion it was a horrible breakfast. Juice + = very much sugar. Have some oatmeal with real fruit pieces inside.
